New Zealand Luxury Escapes is a division of an Australian tour operator with more than a decade's experience of providing small group personalised tours. Our mission is to provide highly personalised insights into Australia's and New Zealand's many attractions.
New Zealand's Luxury Escapes' parent company, Australian Wild Escapes have been operating luxury 4WD and small group eco tours from Sydney for the past 15 years. Our company is family owned and operated, and provide its clients with a genuine 5 star experience.
The founder and Managing Director of the company, Bob Charlesworth, still guides many of the company's wonderful tours. His wife, Rhonda, and son, Grant, are also employed by Australian Wild Escapes.
We have rapidly become specialists at providing tailor-made itineraries to suit our client's needs. New Zealand Luxury Escapes has evolved from our guests requesting new and innovative itineraries by luxury vehicles, with the best food and wine available along with the option of a helicopter flight or a cruise aboard a luxury yacht.
Our team are a little different. We still provide home prepared morning tea for our guests and gourmet style lunches with great New Zealand wines. Our guides are very knowledgeable - most of them are university trained and strive each day to provide our guests with the best possible experience. We like to take our guests into unique locations and try to avoid "tourist traps" and to let our guests enjoy the tranqulity of the New Zealand alpine wilderness.
