Day 2 Queenstown

Your wine guide will whisk you away to Queenstown’s neighbouring wine region, Gibbston, where you will spend the afternoon leisurely exploring 3 varying cellar doors, including New Zealand’s largest wine cave. You will sample wines from multiple wine regions and relax with a sumptuous cheese platter. Enjoy a full running commentary from your guide and be sure to ask questions, they revel in sharing their knowledge.

Option to add further activities – set your sights high with a number of adrenaline-fuelled activities such as Jet-Boating and 4WD Safaris.

Day 3 Queenstown

This morning discover Queenstown’s downtown or take the stunning drive to Wanaka, which takes just one hour. Drive over the beautiful Crown Range and admire the fantastic views along the way. Wanaka has a reputation for great food and wine, with a wide variety of lakefront bars, cafés and restaurants serving exceptional local cuisine, plus a wealth of artisans producing award-winning wine, beer, spirits, bread, and ice cream. For adventure seekers, there are hundreds of kilometres of tracks for hiking or biking. The crystal-clear water of the lakes and rivers are ideal for kayaking, fishing, lake cruises, and jet-boating, or to get an aerial perspective of the region and take a scenic flight.

This afternoon, kick back and relax for 60 minutes in your exclusive classic cedar hot tub. Soak in the panoramic views of the mountains across the Shotover River. The idyllic cedar-lined hot tubs have long been a highlight for Queenstown visitors and locals alike. A unique kiwi twist on a Japanese tradition, pools are filled with pure water from the surrounding mountains which is heated to approx. 38.3 degrees.
